Within this important role, you will own the successful delivery of automation capabilities across FIT and you will be responsible for ensuring successful collaboration with our customers.As an Intelligent Automation Manager your main responsibilities will involve:Evangelize & champion Intelligent Automation, including the facilitation of ideation workshops and use case development with customers.Complete Automation Assessments to identify suitable processes for Automation and take suitable processes through the Automation Development Life Cycle.Generate new value propositions, develop practical solutions, Proof of Concepts, and showcase Intelligent Automation (IA) to develop IA thought leadership and community within the FIT organization (in partnership with a larger Automation community within Zurich Group).Process Automation, NLP, Machine learning, Chatbots, etc.Interest in growing into areas of predictive analytics and machine learning or process mining
