Your role As an Intelligent Automation Manager, you will be part of a cross-functional transformation team.
Within this important role, you will own the successful delivery of automation capabilities across FIT and you will be responsible for ensuring successful collaboration with our customers.
As an Intelligent Automation Manager your main responsibilities will involve: Evangelize & champion Intelligent Automation, including the facilitation of ideation workshops and use case development with customers.
Complete Automation Assessments to identify suitable processes for Automation and take suitable processes through the Automation Development Life Cycle.
Generate new value propositions, develop practical solutions, Proof of Concepts, and showcase Intelligent Automation (IA) to develop IA thought leadership and community within the FIT organization (in partnership with a larger Automation community within Zurich Group).
Process Automation, NLP, Machine learning, Chatbots, etc.
Interest in growing into areas of predictive analytics and machine learning or process mining.
Your Skills and Experience As an Intelligent Automation Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: To be successful in this role you will ideally have: Min 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with a solid delivery experience on intelligent automation projects.
Experience in the design and implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or similar automation technology.
Development experience in several of the following fields: Machine Learning, intelligent automation (SAP), OCR and Chatbot capabilities, nice to have process mining and data prediction & analytics.
Development experience in Python is an advantage.
Ability to transfer business process digitalization requirements into an Intelligent Automation context (automation strategy, solutions selection, automation roadmap, etc.).
Experience in one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance, Controlling, SAP.
Proficient understanding of O365 and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure).
Experience in Agile delivery.
Business proficiency in English, any other language considered an advantage.
University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field of study.
