This role also involves acting as a trusted coach and mentor to all levels of the organisation, bringing your global experience and passion for excellence.Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a dedicated team of five, we're looking for someone bold, inspiring, and driven, who places people at the centre of every decision. The role will be located in Barcelona.REQUIREMENTSKey responsibilitiesShape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring that it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions, to create an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment, where living our values is a critical component.Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
