We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic KYC Business Lead to join our Delivery Team of KYC Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to ensure a proper KYC IT landscape to support our running processes and to implement strategic transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
As a KYC Business Lead you will:
Positively contribute to Lead the Way: Spearhead the implementation of transformative, technology-driven KYC projects on an international scale.
Co-create, Innovate and Inspire: Leverage the latest technological advancements to enhance our compliance processes and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Empower Teams: Lead and inspire cross-functional squads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement through agile methodologies.
Ensure Strategic Vision: Partner with global stakeholders to craft and execute strategies that optimize our operations and technology landscape.
Champion Growth: Motivate and mentor team members, helping them grow both personally and professionally within a supportive and dynamic environment.

You will need to:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the banking sector with a focus on technology and operations.
Global Expertise: Proven track record in leading international project implementations with a strong tech component.
KYC Know-How: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in anti-money laundering practices.
Agile Leader: Strong experience in agile methodologies, with a passion for empowering and growing high-performing teams.
Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinker who can anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to ensure we remain at the forefront of AML practices.
Problem-Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges with creative solutions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of change.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Collaboration Champion: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across different functions and geographies.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Education: Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ethical Integrity: A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior and corporate responsibility.
