As the Driver Growth Lead, you will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our driver-partner community, ensuring we have the supply to meet the growing demand across Spain. This position will see you working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Product, and Policy, as well as engaging with external partners to drive successful outcomes. This role offers the chance to have a significant and lasting impact not only on our business but also on the mobility of millions of people. Your contributions will directly enhance the lives of everyday commuters, enabling smoother, more efficient transportation options in Spain. You will be a vital part of a collaborative, innovative team in one of the most dynamic industries globally.What you'll doDevelop and implement strategies to acquire and engage driver-partners, ensuring we maintain a strong and healthy supply base in Spain.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify new growth opportunities and improve the driver experience.Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention efforts.Help shape the future of mobility in one of the company's most critical markets.Basic QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment or a similar industry.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently perform data analysis and make informed decisions based on data insights.Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the capability to leverage these tools for data analysis and operational efficiency.A highly motivated, self-driven professional with a passion for learning and continuous development.Preferred QualificationsExperience in account management or sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.Proven skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to drive successful outcomes.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
