In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries.Job Overview: As a Transport Executive, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requestsAdministration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservations systemHandling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events departmentCommunicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes)Assisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billingsBuilding relations with airline companiesMain Missions: Supporting the Call Centre by completing transportation requests:Effectively completing all transportation requests within 4 hours (wherever possible), finding the best flights and pricing for the client in line with their needs, supporting the call center and clients with any changes to their flights, and booking ancillary services.Administration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservations system:Issuing/reissuing tickets, checking Amadeus Queues on a regular basis to keep on top of any ticketing issues, completing scheduled changes within Amadeus and informing the customer, checking no-shows and cancellations, and accurately programming flights into the in-house reservations system.Handling group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events department:Finding effective and cost-efficient group flights for the Meetings and Events department, completing passenger lists and seating requests as per the group's needs, and supporting the groups departments in case of any flight issues (delays, flight cancellations, etc.).Communicating travel information to clients (including schedule changes):Proactively looking out for notices of airline strikes, potential issues that would affect flights (weather, political situations), and communicating any potential transport issues to both the call center and clients in a polite and helpful manner.Assisting the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings:Supporting the Transport Manager with ADM's, ACM's, and other BSP requirements
