Description: As Global CRM Director, you will lead the implementation of the global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy in Galderma's global CRM system, focusing on organizing, analyzing, and reporting on field data to drive Sales Force Effectiveness globally. This will require the development of SFE strategy and driving clarity on KPIs, goals, targets, call plans, and incentive plans across key markets, enabling standardization while reconciling customization market by market. This position will also be responsible for working with external partners and internal IT and business partners to roll out a centralized CRM and SFE dashboards in collaboration with the Global Data & Analytics team to ensure dissemination of intelligence and insight to critical executives, country, GBU, sales leadership, and sales staff globally.
Key Responsibilities: Working with GBUs and markets to define HCP engagement strategy in CRM based on adoption ladder and segmentation per GBU/Brand.Working with Regional Commercial Heads to develop clear SFE strategy with country-level targeting, call planning, KPIs, objectives, and incentives, including a multi-channel engagement approach leveraging virtual solutions within the CRM.Driving change management required to implement this locally with the sales and marketing teams.Ensuring consistency in business inputs and outputs, and how data is entered and organized in the CRM systems.Leading the global rollout of standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) along with SFE dashboards across markets.Working with GBUs, markets, and global stakeholders to define key enhancements to the CRM capability and establish releases for continuous improvements.In partnership with Global Data & Analytics team, defining SFE KPIs and working on continuous enhancement of tracking SFE & Sales KPIs in global dashboards.Leading initiatives that help in automating key SFE processes such as call planning and segmentation & targeting by running RFPs, identifying the right vendors, and running global implementations of such solutions.Working with Regions and global stakeholders to define enhancements to the CRM depending on business needs.Identifying opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness internally and informing solutions to drive field impact; work with regional business unit heads to implement improvements.Predicting and communicating downstream impact on sales operations (Incentive Compensation, Alignment operations, reporting, etc.) from targeting and alignment changes.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role including marketing analytics, sales analytics, promotion response modeling, ideally in life sciences or B2B environment; consulting experience highly preferred.Business partnering, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.Experience in leading global CRM implementation programs (ideally Veeva CRM).
