As Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Marketing and Business growth strategy while leading and developing a high-caliber team of senior marketing experts.What You'll Do:Leading and mentoring the Marketing team providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help the team achieve objectives, and deliver campaigns on time and to budget.Defining the medium and long-term marketing strategy.Assisting in scaling the company's sales: generating leads, improving retention, creating marketing collateral, designing and implementing marketing plans for products and services.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.Promoting our brand and products in international markets.Managing the organization's public image and reputation.Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team by using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.Experience and Skills:8 years working in a high-performing Marketing area with dynamic, fast-paced and agile environments.At least 6 years of experience managing marketing teams preferable in scale-ups or startups.Proven experience in startup environments, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and innovation in dynamic and resource-constrained businesses.Showcase mastery in Digital Marketing, Leadgen, SEO, and expert handling of marketing software (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot).Innovative with a creative mindset, consistently delivering groundbreaking marketing actions that set industry benchmarks.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and draw actionable insights.
