Head of Operations Iberia (BoB Spain & Portugal, reporting directly to Southern Europe GM), key legal representative of ADP in Spain, including acting as Site Leader in Spain.
Location : Barcelona Scope : Drive the development and execution of the Strategy to achieve maximum growth and profitability for ADP Iberia.
Manage all operations in Iberia, including headcount, budgets, business planning and performance reporting.
Head of Operations responsibilities: Deliver financial results based on the annual business plans Execute the company strategy and ensure consistency in implementation Strengthen Spanish payroll offering by developing NextGen payroll for Spain and launching Infobudget Ensure quality of service operations, both in service and in implementation Drive change to achieve a reliable and standardized way of working that leverages BPI to continuously improve our effectiveness Drive and improve client satisfaction and associate engagement Build professional relationships with staff and clients; position and represent ADP internally and externally Support actively sales as well as being a visible presence in the business community to ensure ADP interests are maximized Support development and marketing of products and services to optimize market share, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction Ensure compliance posture is always correct Site leader for ADP's offices in Barcelona and Madrid Key skills: Strong Operations background (CS, Implementation, BPO, BPI, Root Cause Analysis, Clients/Segments Profitability) Change & Transformational experience C-Suite level Client Relationship Management Strong coaching skills and ability to create an effective and collaborative working environment Executive level communication & presentation skills Business level Spanish Language skills Ability to influence and navigate a matrix organization Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
