Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role plays a supportive role in the way the brand is portrayed and maximizes business in association with Real Madrid and the global Sports market.
It ensures on a day-to-day basis that we continue to raise the awareness and image of adidas as the number one Global Sports Brand.

This position relies heavily upon interpersonal skills and excellent management of internal timings and processes to achieve higher levels of customer expectations.
Furthermore, the increased commercial sophistication and demands of today's market necessitate a keen marketing-based skill and mindset in order to maximize potential and achieve success for the association.

Key Responsibilities: Optimize and leverage the relationship between adidas and Real Madrid, setting and implementing the mutually agreed local & global strategy, driving return on investment, and delivering towards the brand's position as the Global Number 1 in Sports.Support the creation and implementation of a mutually agreed strategic partner plan that forms the guiding principle for how the adidas brand manages, leverages, and commercializes the association.Support and coordinate the adidas and club process to ensure that key projects such as Lightspeed, Football, in-store implementation, and the new stadium project land in the best possible way.Support the Senior Manager COMMS and Director in enhancing the key relationships and sales at Real Madrid and associated network.Spend considerable time at Real Madrid when necessary, to support and coordinate processes effectively.Support the preparation of all tasks included within the marketing plan, supporting the brand comms calendar and endorsement-related topics.Responsible for supporting effectively key improvements across all areas of collaboration with Real Madrid.Support both the Senior Manager and Director in the development and launch of key projects such as Demand Stimulation, CW iteration and production topics.Support with the alignment of all Partner stakeholders on the production and execution of projects linked to key product concept enhancement.Support a tighter collaboration with the club channels in the execution and enhancement of the business within these channels.Effectively support the management and implementation of budgets. KPI's: Successful launch of key projects - Lightspeed, Football CW, in-store collaborations, etc.Procedural excellence and efficiency.Club and end consumer service excellence.Meeting of deadlines and project launches. Key Relationships: All key contacts at Real Madrid and BU Real Madrid.adidas markets across multi disciplines.All support disciplines within adidas Global HQ.Global adidas network, specifically those key core markets centric to the defined Real Madrid plan. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in marketing, a contents agency, and proficiency with numbers and tools.Highly motivated and focused.Extremely well organized with strong empathy and passion towards football.Resolute and a good problem solver.Strong organizational skills.Good market, industry, and commercial awareness.Good interpersonal skills.Fluent in English.Driven to succeed and deliver against expectations. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in business/marketing.Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in Marketing, preferably with some experience in retail, agencies, or dealing effectively with 3rd Parties.
