QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or any business-related course 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing as a Manager (high-level sales position in a large corporation) History of leading a team with rapidly growing results High knowledge and use of MS Office and Google Docs Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in the English language (other EU language fluency is a bonus) Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams Deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them Experience with online marketing and lead generation Has time management skills Self-motivated and self-directed Ability to work with diverse team members Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strict adherence to company policies and philosophy DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across construction channels and customer management Spot market opportunities for new customers Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads Develop quotas, budgets, short-term and long-range goals in support of business objectives Forecast hiring needs for the Sales departments and manage sales budget and expenditures Work with management and departments to align sales, marketing, operations, and finance strategies to create profitable growth Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process Provide insight and recommendations for improvement in all areas of pipeline management, sales forecasts, productivity, and construction channels performance Attend key meetings with members of the sales team Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting Develop long-term business plans along with CEO and other leaders as designated Provide mentoring, coaching, development, and counseling as needed to the sales team Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
