We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to help us acquire the best talent in the market. You will join our global people team and report to our Recruitment Lead. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious. In addition, they align with our product approach to hiring, including formulating and testing hypotheses.
Responsibilities:Become a supporting recruitment partner to our hiring managers, leveraging our global candidate pools.Partner with stakeholders on estimations and planning, working closely with talent analytics.Address our company's recruiting needs and cover full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, and managerial jobs.Apply keen searching and networking skills to build pipelines, interview potential candidates, and carry them through the job process lifecycle.Identify, attract, and close all-level candidates, continuously delivering high-quality results and fulfilling hiring goals.Utilize, recommend, and master recruitment tools.Assess the efficiency of recruiting sources and search for new platforms to promote Manychat positions.Become an employer brand ambassador by driving a positive candidate experience.Minimum Requirements:5+ years experience working in Talent Acquisition in-house or at an agency in the tech industry.Proven track record of covering full-cycle recruitment processes.Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology.Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources.Ability to partner with business and technology experts to create the most efficient interview process and candidate experience.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders in the organization.Proactiveness, willingness to take initiative and embrace risks.We care about your growth, well-being, and comfort. Candidates outside of Barcelona can start onboarding and complete the probation period remotely with further relocation to the city for a hybrid work format. Relocation support through airplane tickets, accommodations for up to three weeks, and a relocation bonus.
