What you'll do: Deliver agreed Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and Customer Business Plans for designated customers & region.
Contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives in the region.
Collection of data for monthly internal reporting, update of monthly forecast and preparation of monthly Business Review.
Support the preparation & ensure the implementation of trade and marketing activities (promotional plan, brand activations and visibility plans).
Generation and tracking of planogram execution for your accounts.
Ensure proper service delivery of agencies and/or customers providing Brand Ambassadors service to NiTR in the stores of the nominated accounts.
Analyze market and customer data and recommend actions impacting forecast, promotions, distribution, etc.
Consolidation of data in accordance with defined KPIs on a regular basis.
Tracking of in store execution including sell out performance, distribution, out of stocks and trade activities implementation.
Regular visits to the stores.
Preparation of store visits, reporting, define actions and follow up.
Manage all the purchase orders and other webforms for third party vendor purchasing.

Minimum qualifications: Minimum 4 years' experience in Trade Marketing or Sales roles, with focus on customer management & field sales management.
