Mission of the role: Implement OEM contracts and its launch plan in the territory to assure excellent serviceRelation, act entrepreneurial with OEM HQ, dealers and follow up meetings with NSC and installersAdapt training and marketing materials to local needsOpening of new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group and local installersUpdate and analyse KPI reports and propose improvementsSelection of Monitor Dealer and built up relationProvide product and service advice to existing customersHandle expansions, issues and updates in the customer projectCooperate support and admin with partnersYou will (sales activities): Follow up all new leads on a daily manner and create new leads within own segment and Sales Region via telephone contact, and emailSell Wallbox solutions fitted to the potential customer needsQualify leads into new opportunities following defined qualification criteriaCreate quotes to new opportunities or handover and support installation partner in creating quotesClose sales opportunities and QuotesBuild relationships with key customer contactsUpdate the sales process in SalesforceKeep Salesforce up-to-date and document customer service actions and communicationsRequirements: Around 5 years of experience in a (Key) Account Management roleExperience in EV business and launch plans implementationKnowledge of specific EV market characteristics in the territoryProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a timeAbility to lead and/or motivate others around you, self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
