Additionally, you will support the business through the sales events activities, ensuring their success, results and profitability.How you will contributeSales supportCollecting customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information.Following orders and delivery flows by liaising directly with planning, logistics and customer whilst acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue.Analyzing backorders ensuring a clean customer portfolio.Acting as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial and/or logistics claims.Showing active participation in both organisational preparation and execution by supporting sales events such as Buying Days, collection presentations and showroom appointments.Implementing and enhancing customer service-related procedures, processes and systems.Supporting day-to-day activities.Sales Event ManagementSupporting the business by organizing sales events to achieve the targets.Supporting in the organizing and management of sales events.Assisting in monitoring the budget, expenses and profitability.Performing reporting activities.Planning and organizing all the details concerning customers' participation and accommodation.Who you areA university graduate with a bachelor's degree in foreign languages, Marketing, Business Administration or Fashion/Retail Management with excellent results.Fluent English. Italian | Spanish will be considered as a Plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.Proactive person with "hands-on mentality" and communication skills.A Problem solver.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Positive attitude and very developed team spirit.Creative, innovative and with a passion for the fashion and luxury industry
