Join our story and create your own impact by developing your expertise and building solutions that help make our lives safer, smarter, and more sustainable.Join our FE_WIBU team within the Flow Equipment division in Spain as a Sales & Tendering Engineer Industrial to help us take the Industry Team to the next level.In this role, you will offer technical and commercial support from the Barcelona office to the Industry Business Unit activities related to Italy and Portugal by developing technical and commercial offers to customers, taking into account customer specifications, in order to increase the 'conversion to order' ratio.Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:Prepare quotations (careful reading of customer's specifications, selection of adequate products, TOA, 10 GR, COSP, PA, STARS, Salesforce, price calculation, quotation making with precise deviation list, etc.)Quotations follow-up and reporting (Salesforce)Negotiations and participation in clarification and kick-off meetingsOrders (acknowledgement, clear syntheses, launching (SAP), delivery time follow-up, invoices & payments follow-up, warranties opening & follow-up)Follow up of projects from tendering to financial closureMaintain and execute customer order backlog for assigned territories/accountsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Engineering DegreeHigh level Intermediate user of Microsoft OfficePrevious experience with an ERP system, preferably SAPMinimum professional experience in similar roles: 5 yearsExperience in sales support functionsGood negotiation skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent in EnglishYour benefits:A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.Restaurant tickets.Permanent contract.Accident insurance.Possibility of working from home one day per week.International applicants are welcome to apply.
