One of my clients based in Barcelona is looking for an ambitious DEVICE LIFECYCLE MANAGER to work across delivery and managed service. This is a CONTRACT role, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage all service improvement initiatives, ensuring that high-severity incidents are resolved smoothly and efficiently.
Skills Required/Must Have:Fully manage the lifecycle of assigned IT services, including end-user hardware portfolio from demand to disposal.Strong understanding of service architecture and can influence its design.Monitor and manage service costs to aid in budget planning and execution.Develop and maintain a service roadmap.If you are interested in working with one of the biggest pharma companies, then this is the opportunity for you.
