As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for every aspect of the product development life cycle.
Working closely with the management team, you will refine the articulation of product vision and strategy, and through continuous consultation with internal and external stakeholders, you will guide the development and management of the product roadmap.
In this role, you will:Lead a team of 3-5 PMs/POsManage and expand our product into new markets in Europe.Take ownership of the tech and product teams' structure to optimize deliverables and priorities.Implement a clear product prioritization process involving all stakeholders, with transparent criteria and data-driven backward assessment to continuously define and adjust the product roadmap for the next 3-6 months.Ownership and accountability towards founders and the rest of the management team.Recruit, retain and develop a world-class team of product managers, and UX/UI experts.Facilitate agile cross-functional teams (PM, Design, Development, Back-Office) with an efficient, self-driven collaboration structure, individual output objectives, and strong product KPI reporting.Partner with other executives, directors and work closely with the CEO and management to strategise and lead the way in building a world class product.Together with the teams, build a strong product roadmap and ensure its execution.Foster a continuous improvement ethos at all times to challenge the status quo and make improvements wherever possible.Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships to ensure that teams efficiently deliver above and beyond company OKRs.Define clear role responsibilities for each of the operational areas under your remit, including setting challenging KPIs for the product and cross-functional teams.Analyze and understand market trends. You can lead by example, getting your hands dirty.Know concepts of software programming.Are not afraid to test endpoints or run SQL queries yourself.Solid experience in agile methodologies.At least 5 years of Product management experience ideally at scale-ups.Have solid experience being an active member of company leadership teams with experience managing medium to large teams.Have genuine interest in mobility with passion for limitless opportunities for innovation.Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Have led a mobile-first, consumer-facing product.High degree of independence, initiative, proactivity and enthusiasm and drive for delivering results.Have experience owning, understanding and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics, monetisation and P&L.Ideally; have experience at a VC funded or a pre-IPO startup.
