Kbo-892 Cra - Clinical Research Associate

General Responsibility: Support Clinical Operations Department and business lines by delivering scientific/business information through value-added searching and reporting.
Support Clinical Operations Department on financial control by following up project budget and expenses managing vendor repository.
Specific Responsibilities: Media outlets, questionnaires and interviews to recruit and screen research participants.
Oversee staff recruitment and education regarding the design, length and other details of the research study.
Schedule tests and experiments.
Ensure samples get to labs as necessary.
Monitor the study's data collection process and file the necessary reports regarding the study's progress.
Collect and review data for various aspects of the medical study to check for accuracy.
Identify and suggest solutions to data collection problems during the trial.
Working closely with researchers, help develop or review study protocols to ensure compliance with standards put forth by state and federal regulatory bodies, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Requirements and Personal Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field required.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Experience: +4 years of experience.
Personal Skills: Strong communication and ability to focus on multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Possibility to travel 40% of the time.
