Kam Support & Document Management Team Leader

The role of Team Leader manages, evaluates, develops and leads Customer Service teams to ensure that the organization's customer service and administration strategy is implemented and executed effectively, consistently, and according to the established guidelines and budgets.Document Management and KAM Support Team Leader executes customer centricity in his/her respective team between Italy, Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
