We are looking for people who share our commitment to help us achieve this goal.Advanced Accelerator Applications is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).**- Identifies key stakeholders in-market and at the Region level, and establishes relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for AAA products.- The overall purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to identify, develop and execute initiatives that drive sales and market share growth at selected key customers and customer groups across Spain. The KAM is accountable to deliver this in a compliant, profitable and sustainable way with pharmacies and wholesalers dealing with Lutathera, SomaKit and future AAA products.**Area to cover**: Galicia and Asturias**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:- Defines long term customer strategy.- Establish Region positioning with tier-1 regulators, laying groundwork for Listing conversations and new agreements negotiation. Foster trust-based working relationships with key regional regulatory stakeholders- Develops KA annual plans, execution and KPIs- Secures new product listing, promotion ROI, shelf placement and campaign execution which creates value for customers and AAA- Defines category strategy,plan and management- Sells new KA initiatives with impact- Negotiates price and trade terms compliant to AAA strategy- Finds ways of cooperation together with the oncology clinics- Improves medical knowledge and delivers training together with Trade Marketing partner- Develops customer collaboration projects in line with AAA strategies- Manages all communication between key stakeholders at the account and their counterparts**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements****What you'll bring to the role**:- Education: University degree in science and/or business Advanced degree in business, bioscience, and/or law preferred- Relevant experience (minimum 5 years)in the healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry at hospital level
