Advanced Accelerator Applications is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Key Account Manager Role The overall purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to identify, develop and execute initiatives that drive sales and market share growth at selected key customers and customer groups across Spain. The KAM is accountable to deliver this in a compliant, profitable and sustainable way with pharmacies and wholesalers dealing with Lutathera, SomaKit and future AAA products.Area to cover : Galicia and AsturiasYour Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Define long-term customer strategy.Establish Region positioning with tier-1 regulators, laying groundwork for Listing conversations and new agreements negotiation. Foster trust-based working relationships with key regional regulatory stakeholders.Develop KA annual plans, execution and KPIs.Secure new product listing, promotion ROI, shelf placement and campaign execution which creates value for customers and AAA.Define category strategy, plan and management.Sell new KA initiatives with impact.Negotiate price and trade terms compliant to AAA strategy.Find ways of cooperation together with the oncology clinics.Improve medical knowledge and deliver training together with Trade Marketing partner.Develop customer collaboration projects in line with AAA strategies.Manage all communication between key stakeholders at the account and their counterparts.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum Requirements What You'll Bring to the Role Education: University degree in science and/or business.
