You will take the business to the next level. Your focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.Your team will negotiate and build strong relationships with clients, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
