Free2Move eSolutions is a joint venture between Stellantis (www.stellantis.com) and NHOA (www.nhoa.energy) ready to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and supply of e-mobility products and services. We are looking for a Key Account Manager B2B eMobility (Spain and Portugal) MISSION: Develop the Free2move eSolutions business in Spain and Portugal focusing on: Coordinated work with the Stellantis B2B KAM team for the sale of electric mobility solutions to Stellantis B2B customers. Acquisition of customers outside Stellantis, including distributors, wholesalers, and installers. Observing market trends and translating them into concrete commercial actions. Monitoring quantitative volume objectives. Developing B2B partnerships within the eMobility ecosystem. Ensuring the competitiveness of Free2move eSolutions in both hardware and software and services. Bringing profitability to the business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating with E-Solutions HQ a relevant and competitive offer for B2B customers in the market; Supporting Free2move eSolutions in the market to establish new partnerships within the energy ecosystem and develop new services; Defining with Stellantis brands and BEV Business Unit the specific strategies and main product requirements for B2B customers; Representing eSolutions to the local ecosystem, distributors, hardware installers, and CPOs, Contact with approved installers: Chargeguru and Emovili; Managing B2B customer satisfaction and taking actions to improve NPS; Identifying new customers for existing hardware and software solutions; Creating and following up on B2B opportunities: Presenting our services, resolving doubts, commercial offers, etc.; Regular meetings with KAMs: Lead follow-up and visit planning; Reporting commercial activity and monthly follow-up; Supporting Commercial Training, attending brand events, conducting webinars, etc.; REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Experience in B2B sales management in the field of electric mobility Strong relationships with colleagues in charge of B2C and B2B development in other F2MeS countries Understanding of the electric mobility market: Basic technical/commercial knowledge of charger operation and installations Familiarity with charging technologies and proven experience with BEV and PHEV vehicles Ability to work in a complex environment Results and customer-oriented Fluency in English Direct report to the Country Manager of Free2Move eSolutions Spain and Portugal and strong interaction with the central e-Solutions teams.
