Role Overview: This is a challenging position ideal for people who are passionate about change, who believe in the importance of modernizing the system and thrive when working at pace. Ensure changes are made efficiently, with minimum risk.
Responsibilities:Define, set up and manage the change management model to be efficient and cross with all the different areas related to the Assisted Channels.Take responsibility for Change and Release Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption or degradation to service during the lifecycle of the change.Be responsible for test management (Strategy execution).Evaluate change requests, identifying, analyzing and documenting potential risks or issues.Maintain full auditability of all changes and releases, utilizing the tools available, e.g., Service Now and Solution Manager.Support the implementation of key projects and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in projects related to IT Change Management using agile methodologies.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.Must have strong organizational skills and can work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, often at senior level.Proactive, ownership, flexible and responsible.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.What We Offer:Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in start-up mode with the support of Grupo Santander.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaboration in international projects.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events.ODS is an equal opportunity employer.
