**Spanish Speaking Sr. Product Analyst / Barcelona (Remote possible for EU &UK;) / 6 months / Start Oct****WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED**:- You will be hands-on to support our analysts to automate the recurrent activities related to AB testing, with a particular focus on QA of results, and data quality.- You will design and conduct training and workshops to engage every level of the organisation with Experimentation best practices- As an ambassador for Experimentation, you will connect to the clients Product, UX, and Analytics Communities to find the most effective ways to evolve our ways of working.**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:- As an experienced Senior Product Analyst, you have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering,or its equivalent, and at least 3 years of professional experience in Analytics, ideally as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Manager- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies as well as great analytical skills to deliver a strong data-driven performance complete your profile- Ability to work with product development teams, understand their challenges and way of working in experimentation, and support in co-creating solutions.- Proficient with SQL and Python.- Proven ability to influence senior leadership (Director, VP) level- Experience with BigQuery and Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.- Experience with Onsite data and metrics as well as Google Analytics is a must.- Excellent communication skills in English- Ability to drive projects autonomously, keep tight deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders.- Experience running workshops and training.- Experience in creating and promoting learning communities.
