You will work closely with the senior recruiting team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various positions within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and human resources.Main activities and responsibilities:Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and managing correspondence with candidates.Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and other recruitment events.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.RequirementsThe ideal candidate:Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of experience in a recruitment agency or HR Role (preferred).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English language (written and spoken).Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
