(K24) | Payroll Coordinator

Responsible for all payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, social security, and other deductions.Management of Payroll Employee Enquiries to ensure excellent customer service.Liaise with the external payroll service provider.Operational management of employee files (tax, social security, package calculation).Shadow payroll for Expatriates.Handles complex and sensitive employment-related inquiries from employees and managers, especially after the lay-off.Coordination with all stakeholders in case of collective agreement.Communicate to Finance all payment files managed by the provider (payslips, settlements, social insurances, and tax) and inform accounting and payroll payment.Controlling Audit and Grants.Budget Control of provider payments.Actively participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement and harmonization activities.Display high integrity on the job and comply with Nissan guidelines, including data privacy rules and regulations.Cross-functional collaboration.Barcelona, Spain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
