WHAT WILL YOU DO?Drive and support the proposed KPIs and Objectives within the IT department which are based on Incident MGMT, Problem MGMT, Request MGMT, Knowledge MGMT, CSAT & NPS in the ServiceNow platform.Be responsible for the management of continuous improvement focused on the business based on factual data and valuable measures through PowerBI analysis.WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?Previous experience managing KPIs and objectives through the ServiceNow platform modules.Experience in analytical reporting within ServiceNow and Power BI.Fluent in English.WHY US?We are people with dreams and motivations like you, working next to super talented people with whom we can share knowledge and experiences, hang out, and feel the support of our colleagues and managers.
