Role Purpose:
Support the growth of EiQ, the world's first end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform.
We are building the EiQ brand in a complex and competitive market: this role will be key to the success of EiQ through using digital marketing to build brand awareness, generate leads, and analyse and optimise the marketing & sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a cross-channel digital marketing strategy for EiQ.Creating a market-leading search strategy, including paid and organic.Developing an independent social presence for EiQ, using paid tactics to build our audience.Creating and maintaining marketing contact databases and audiences for EiQ; developing and implementing automation and retargeting tactics.Working in collaboration with the group digital marketing community to own and enhance the MarTech setup for EiQ; proactively proposing new technologies to optimise the setup.Analysing end-to-end marketing performance, from awareness through to revenue; surfacing insights and implementing tactics to optimise the funnel.Reporting to EiQ and commercial management teams on marketing performance.Managing the paid search budget for EiQ.Analysing user experience on the EiQ platform and feeding back to the product team on issues and proposed solutions.Optimising workflows and reporting in CRM together with commercial and customer success teams. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Years of digital marketing expertise.Broad experience in marketing technology, particularly Google (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio), paid social, SEO/SEM, user experience tools (HotJar), automation (Pardot), CRM (SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics).Ability to independently operate paid advertising campaigns.Good communication skills in English and local language (other languages will be a plus).Occasional international travel.
