YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: Joining a highly visible team of Strategy Managers, participating in related activities in strategy and corporate development across an extremely fast-moving mobility tech business. We define the European multi-mobility ecosystem. Your daily adventure will combine activities such as strategy planning, sustainability strategy coordination, performance reporting, senior management & shareholder reporting and project management activities in key projects in the company. We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to join our team. Someone with the capacity for moving mountains to drive progress as project, sustainability and strategy manager. On a daily basis you will have direct interaction with leaders and key contributors in all areas of the company, you will own key strategic projects and take part in other activities such as the coordination of the sustainability strategy and reporting of the company. This role will offer you unfiltered insights into how we make decisions and grow the business.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
Strategy & Corporate Development experience - You have 3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment doing Project Management, Management Consulting, Strategy Planning, M&A and/or Corporate Development.Mobility industry enthusiast - You are an enthusiast for the mobility industry, have experience in project management and in the creation of sustainability strategies & reporting on sustainability performance.Being a driving force - You can be a driving force and are adaptable to work with a can-do attitude in cross-functional projects of any nature. You feel comfortable handling uncertainty and operating independently.Strategic thinking - You can develop strategic recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of our service portfolio to assess growth opportunities. You like to think in fun & innovative ways about solutions. You are able to build up programmes and processes from scratch.Analytical skills - You have strong financial modeling and analytical skills. You are comfortable working with complex financial models, large data sets and data analytics tools such as Tableau.Presentation & Communication skills - You can prepare top-level management presentations and deliver business insights to our stakeholders on a regular basis.
