This will not only allow you to develop, manage, and execute strategies on social media but also to learn from the more experienced profiles within the agency. You will also work in coordination with the other departments of the agency that are involved.Job Description:Day-to-day management of projects under your responsibility, including community management, reporting, monitoring, implementation, and optimization of the Social Media strategy.Participation in new business projects, either as part of the team dedicated by the department or leading its representation in the project.Planning, development, scheduling, and management of content for the social channels under your responsibility.Preparation of reports on the social media performance of the accounts under your responsibility, as well as competitive reports, benchmarking, etc.Analysis of trends and studies for extracting insights that can be valuable for clients, the department, or the agency.Ability to deliver presentations to clients and maintain direct communication with them.Qualifications What We're Looking For:We're not looking for social media gurus; we're seeking communication professionals in Social Media.Deep knowledge of digital communication and social media, both from a technical perspective and in terms of trends and creativity.Capacity and interest in continuous learning, along with a willingness to share knowledge and help other colleagues.Excellent writing skills in Spanish and a medium to high level of proficiency in English.Previous experience in an advertising agency
