We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Madrid!
Context of the position The Project Manager is integrated into the international team in Madrid. You would have to develop our partnership with a French company specializing in informing citizens about their social benefits and helping them to obtain these benefits. The company has successfully partnered with the home contracts comparison website Selectra to grow a common business in France, and then to duplicate it to other countries.
You will join a team of two individuals under the direct supervision of the International Project Manager. Your main mission will be to grow the common business on the Belgium market.
You will own yourself each and every step of the conversion funnel and be responsible for its growth:
Development of the website (write new content, optimize the existing one, maintenance of the simulator) in order to generate qualified traffic;
Continuous improvement of the monetization of the website;
Continuous improvement of the sales process, in collaboration with the call center sales team;
Daily reporting of traffic, conversion and sales.
TakenOutcomes to be accomplished Project management and administration:
Local market research and compilation of public data to develop an understanding of the market.
Product management of the digital tool, and monitoring of its development by the technical team.
Marketing strategy and content:
Creation of a sitemap, writing and updating and integration of articles.
SEO optimization and monetization of existing web content to make it more ergonomic and improve its referencing.
Definition and follow-up of a digital acquisition campaign, in conjunction with Selectra's specialized department: Google Adwords Search, Facebook Ads…
Following and analyzing KPIs and use of tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console on a regular basis.
Sales strategy (in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Country Manager):
Definition and monitoring of lead handling processes, and continuous improvement.
Performance monitoring and reporting, and continuous improvement.
VereistenProfile:
Dutch / Flemish is your mother tongue, French is a big plus, Spanish a small plus. You are also fluent in English.
You recognize yourself in the following:
You have an interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA). Ideally, you have previous experience in content management and/or web marketing.
