We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join ourtalented youngteam at our main office in Granollers (Barcelona) in a hybrid role.This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career path in business development or those wanting to transition into the language services industry.What You Will Do:Generate new business opportunities through strategic andcreative outreach to leads throughdetailed online research and other methods.Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.Develop an understanding of client needs in different industries and how we can address those needs.Maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking eventsReport to the Sales Manager on sales results and potential client needs.Create or help create sales presentations, project offers, meeting summaries and follow-ups.Stay up-to-date with new industry trends and services.What We Need from You:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.1-3 years of sales experience.Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Effective time management.Experience in the language industry is strongly preferred.Strong desire to learn about sales processes and grow within the industry.Why Join Kobalt Languages?Opportunity to work in a vibrant, multicultural environment.Competitive salary with a commission structure that rewards hard work and success.Comprehensive training and professional development.A career path that grows as you do, with opportunities for advancement.How to ApplyReady to start your journey with Kobalt?
