What you will do in this role As a Junior Recruiter on our team, you will:
Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing)Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / SupervisorPrepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customers when necessaryInform candidates about the results of interviewsPrepare a formal written proposal for the position when necessaryCollect documents from new employees and provide them with company rules, policies, and safety information before their starting dateEnsure that all stakeholders are aware of the commencement date of the new employeeEnter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form for Human Resource ManagementConcentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient or bilingual in any Nordic language and advanced in EnglishHave a high level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Possess previous experience in HR recruitment in a multinational environment (desirable)Can work in a pressured environment and on your own initiativeHave a teamwork mentalityAre able to prioritize and maintain deadlinesWhat's in it for you In this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:
