What you will do in this role As a Junior Recruiter on our team, you will:
Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing)Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / SupervisorPrepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customersInform candidates about the results of interviewsPrepare a formal written proposal for the position when necessaryCollect documents from new employees and provide them with the company rules, policies, and safety information before their start dateEnsure that all stakeholders are aware of the commencement date of the new employeeEnter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form for Human Resource ManagementMinimum Requirements Concentrix is a great match if you:
