Junior Public Relationship Manager In Spain

Our client is recognized as a leading high-tech enterprise with HQ in China. Its core business is sales of advanced battery materials all over the world. Currently we are looking for a junior public relationship manager in Spain with fluent communication skills in Chinese, English, and Spanish. The candidate should have a working permit in Spain, as the company does not provide sponsorship for visas and permits.
You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining an in-depth local network in Spain.
Undertaking detailed analysis of the market and coordinating land acquisition negotiations.
Involved in project construction management and ensuring that contracts follow internal policies and regulations.
Participating in project planning, overseeing administrative and HR affairs, and translating documents from Spanish into Mandarin/English for external meetings.
Assisting the company in conducting various financial activities, like opening and maintaining bank accounts.
Organizing meetings, preparing the agenda, and taking minutes, as well as assisting in the preparation of proposals.
Providing cultural expertise in support of various investigations.
Working onsite but may be asked to travel to other field offices for support.
The successful candidate will have:
Valid working permits in Spain or Spanish nationality.
Proficiency in Spanish, fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin; Catalan will be a plus.
A degree qualification in business, HR, legal affairs, or project management experience is preferred.
1-3 years of working experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience working in a startup environment and a strong teamwork spirit.
