You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.You'll be responsible for the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more.You'll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with clients.We'll look to you for:Managing the technical performances of the systems and providing Rex to relevant Services PlatformControlling the execution of project management (billing, cost, gross margin...)Detecting, defining and implementing the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.Assuring the update of the technical documentation of the projects.Searching for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities.Coordinating with the other involved métiers in the warranty and maintenance activities (ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering).Interfacing with the customer on technical solutions.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
