Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between the Product, Engineering and Marketing team to perform competitor research and investigate new business opportunities.
Perform competitors research and analyze results to identify opportunities related to marketing strategies, prices, services, and UX.
AB test management.
Define, understand and lead the analysis of key metrics to inform decision-making, product features, and experimentation.
Make price proposals, implementation, and follow-up according to target analysis.
Provide your input and help prioritize the project components to get a better estimation of time for the development phases.
Draft, review, approve and keep track of Jiras.
Keep an open communication channel with the different stakeholders.
Stay focused when doing operative tasks.
Requirements : Your expertise in a nutshell:
Online Marketing knowledge/experience (SEO, SEM, Traffic Acquisition).
Knowledge of analytics platforms and ability to utilize the data/tools to guide decision making.
Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts).
Excellent communicator.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Technology passionate. Used to working with IT Teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus.
Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
Experience as a Product Analyst is a plus.
