Job DescriptionReporting to the Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. We take pride in our diverse client portfolio and the latest technology, setting us apart in the industry.
You'll help set up and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms and create reports and forecasts for clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Set up paid campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Marketing Platform.Perform pacing and performance optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.Technical quality assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.Work on performance reports.Identify opportunities to improve the performance of campaigns with Account Managers.QualificationsYou're fluent in English and Spanish.You have implemented digital campaigns with media buying platforms. Preferably Meta Ads and Google Ads.You have optimised and produced reports for medium or large budget campaigns.You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and enjoy working with numbers.You love developing long-lasting relationships with clients and adding value to their business.You use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
