¿Qué harás?
Under the responsibility of the CRO Performance Manager within the Marketing team, you will participate in strengthening the acquisition of new customers through various levers to be accentuated or optimized.
As a Junior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategy.
You will manage day-to-day operations: you will play a key role in developing plans that meet our client's business objectives.
You will be a source of proposals for improvements to be made to their experience on different devices (desktop, mobile, and app).
You will participate in the implementation of all associated actions for the acquisition and retention of customers.
You will manage acquisition campaigns on non-SEA channels.
You will define common Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs.
You will provide ad-hoc analytics and recommendations for improvement.
You will analyze the conversion tunnel via A/B tests.
You will participate in the definition of the strategy and management of landing pages: Evaluate current operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and make recommendations to improve them.
You will participate in the management of the SEO strategy: Participate in the execution plan and ensure delivery on time in collaboration with several teams of the company.
You will maximize the growth of our client's various segments and markets.
¿A quién buscamos?
You have a first conclusive experience (1-2 years) in a digital marketing service or in business data analysis.
You have a native level of French.
You have a fluent level of English or Spanish.
You own a Master's degree.
You have a strong appetite for monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.
You have a great understanding of marketing strategy.
You are able to imagine and implement processes that promote operational excellence.
You are comfortable with Excel.
You know how to adapt.
You are autonomous, organized, structured, and methodical.
You always want to learn and improve your skills.
You are self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
You have a sense of humor and you don't take yourself (too) seriously.
