ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Digital Campaigns and Social Media Junior Manager will involve: Managing all the Paid Social Media Campaigns of the portfolio, especially Facebook & LinkedIn, and providing support in other channels like Google.
This includes creating ads, optimizing, interpreting data, analyzing marketing actions' success, preparing reports, and campaign follow-up focused on traffic optimization and end-to-end conversion from leads to enrollments.Managing organic social media networks, defining the strategy, executing it, and managing communication with different stakeholders.Reviewing the work done by the Digital Campaigns Specialist related to digital paid campaigns.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in a related field.A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.Proven experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns, mainly on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn; also in Google Ads, Demand Gen, Pmax, YouTube.Experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing sponsored campaigns according to budgets and objectives.Experience with Adobe is valuable.Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, DataStudio, Power BI, and Facebook Insights.Ability to measure campaign success through A/B testing.Proven experience managing organic social media networks.Experience in structured information tools (Power-BI, CRM) is valued.Good analytical and numerical skills.Google Analytics accreditation is valued.Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).Outstanding organizational capacity and strong project management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.Valuable experience managing people.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent analytics and reporting skills.If you want to be part of this educational revolution, we invite you to apply and be part of our amazing team at IE University.
