We are seeking an IT Specialist experienced in overseeing IT assets, focusing on laptops, equipment, and internal software systems within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Procure, deploy, and manage company and team laptops and equipment inventory.
Develop and implement standardized processes for asset management, including tracking and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for IT asset management and data security.
Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal software systems.
Monitor system performance for optimization opportunities.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of IT management experience, emphasizing asset and software management.
Proficiency in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with asset management tools and data security standards.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in speaking Spanish and English.
