The role reports into the Global VP Organisation, Rewards & Talent.TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe development, implementation & monitoring of the Global RHG Talent Management Strategy based on ongoing business & HR priorities.The development & monitoring of a suite of business relevant Talent Management KPIs, such as internal fill rate of vacancies.The consistent and fair execution of the Talent Management lifecycle across the company. This includes but isn't limited to Performance Management, Talent Review Meetings, Succession Planning, Onboarding and High Potential Talent Career Development & Planning.Business Partner to Managers & HRBPs on Talent Management.The development of Talent Management Development Programs for senior leaders & high potential talent.The champion and key supporter of talent mobility.Constantly evaluates the current Talent Management tools while keeping a keen eye on technological innovation.Supports the Talent Brokerage Process to ensure the right talent are in the right roles at the right time - with focus on critical positions.Partners with Compensation & Benefits, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and L&D to ensure alignment and build synergies in initiatives to ensure integrated talent management.Champions and drives HR process automation within their remit.Internal coach to team members and is an expert consultant on Individual Development Plans.KEY REQUIREMENTSA Yes I Can! service minded attitude.Experience working in a Global Matrix Organisation.Strong strategic mindset & consulting skills.Passionate about driving systematic and behavioral change.Proven track record in developing strategies within HR & aligning with business needs.Able to anticipate, diagnose, develop, and implement solutions that have lasting business impact.Experience working with & presenting to senior leadership teams.Strong communication skills with fluent English, written & verbal.Track record in executing strategic plans to drive seamless employee engagement & development.Experience with HRIS tools - Workday preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
