We are looking for a Junior International Analyst , as a member of the international expansion team.
The selected person will be involved in all stages of each project, from the moment the project is received until the implementation of the asset.
What will you do?
Market analysis.
Business opportunity analysis and financial models elaboration.
Business plan presentation and elaboration of compset.
Prepare documentation on the proposed operations and prepare presentations.
Support to local expansion teams in each country.
Coordination with other departments such as Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Strong analytical skills.
Periodic monitoring of the evolution of the projects already analyzed.
Identification and monitoring of trends, markets, and possible new investment projects.
CRM update and reporting.
What do we look for?
1-2 years previous work experience in private investment fund, hospitality industry or strategic consulting.
Degree in Finance, Law and Business Management, Engineering, or similar with a high level of English.
Finance background, strong understanding business planning and P&L.
Advanced knowledge of finance system modelling.
Strong knowledge of the Office package: Excel, Word and Power Point.
High English level (verbal & written) other language is definite a plus.
Highly motivated and passionate for the Hospitality and Living industry.
Availability to travel abroad.
