In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our online advertising strategies by managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted consultant to partners, assisting in the onboarding process and the development of effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.Accurately identify and assess the needs and objectives of our partners.Create opportunities to optimize spending, upsell, and ensure sustainability.Manage and engage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.Proactively handle and nurture a large portfolio of prospective partners on a daily basis.QualificationsNative Dutch speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (minimum B2 level).Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is highly desirable.1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.Demonstrated commitment to productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction KPIs.Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills for phone pitches and proposal delivery.Strong time management skills with the ability to plan and manage tasks independently.Solid analytical abilities.Client-focused with a genuine interest in customer interaction and a sense of ownership in achieving business goals.
