Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur primary objective is to assist business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on delivering business and product metrics and insights to external CRMs.
The most important part in the whole process is comparing the existing data with the ones prepared and covering the aspect of metrics data quality.
A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, both business and technical, we strive to eliminate inconsistencies in our databases, resolve processes issues regarding data transferring and satisfy decisive people with data that help the operational excellence increase.How would you be impacting our mission?Consult, talk, brainstorm about the specific metrics requirements from business perspective in cooperation with product and business analystsChallenge the data governance with stakeholders and looking for middle ground among business and product data,Automate data quality processes and duplicates detection,Looking for inconsistencies in external CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) regarding data flow and operational metrics valuesUse (and develop!)
