As the global leader in our field, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join us Junior Data Analyst. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help us collect and interpret data in order to accurately maintain and update key business indicators that feed into our pricing tools.  As our Junior Data Analyst, you will be:  Monitoring and interpreting changes in key indicators across the pricing and product team e.g. loss ratios, frequency and monitoring reportsMonitoring our main pricing assumptions and ratios to understand actual performance vs expectedUpdating and tracking statistical sources for pricing and reserving purposes, such as incidence and prevalence ratesPreparing datasets for subsequent analysis by the actuarial teamReviewing and using inhouse quoting tools for new businessPreparation of rating tablesHelping to optimise processes involving data collection and analysisCommunicating effectively any outcomes from data analysisProviding assistance in projects related to the company's initiatives, especially where pricing or data are relevant A University Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer or actuarial scienceMinimum 2 years' experience in a relevant data-related roleProficiency in data management and spreadsheets Knowledge of tools such as PowerBI and programming languages such as Python, SQL or R Experience in or knowledge of the insurance industry would be a plusThe ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and young organisation Good level of English would be a plus, as well as any other languagesThe ability to deliver to tight deadlines with high quality of work and attention to detailAre you looking for a new challenge in your career?
