Customer Success Manager for SCADA Customers.Your key responsibilities:Building long term relationship and success stories with our customerIdentification of customers goals and expectations and alignment with Bluence products and servicesGuiding customers through the usage of products and services reducing time to valueEvaluation and deep understanding of customer satisfaction for the accounts managed in the different phase of lifecycleIdentify risks in the accounts, involving the necessary teams (sales, operations, product, etc) to promote action plans and mitigation actionsGenerate upselling opportunities, leading the extension process boosting the adoption of Bluence products/offeringAct as the customer voice in the company, sharing the feedback received with the different areas (sales, product, etc)Follow up of deadlines for licenses an services scope, preparing and managing renewal process with anticipation following the stablish procedureGuide a group of Jr Customer Succes Managers to coordinate with other areas, follow and implement methodologies of Bluence CSM Bluebook and support on strategic decisionsYour skills and experience:Business knowledge (energy trading, energy management and energy generation)Product and market knowledge (scadas, cc, trading, ppc, ems)Fluent user of crm toolsProficiency in englishItalian is a nice to haveActive listening and customer orientedEffective communication and assertivenessEmotional intelligence and empathyLeadership and proactivityNegotiation skillsBusiness orientedHere at Isotrol, we are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and therefore strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
