Your job
You will work ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions for several local and international subsidiaries of the Group inside EKKIDEN.
Invoice Generation and Verification:
Generate and issue invoices in line with company policies and customer agreements, ensuring accuracy by verifying quantities, prices, taxes, and payment terms, and cross-referencing data with purchase orders and contracts.Financial Data Management and Analysis:
Input billing information into accounting systems (Sage/Oracle), prepare and analyze customer ageing reports, and reconcile and report on billing accounts. Manage customer payment reminders, follow up on late payments, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances.Administrative and Financial Support:
Carry out diverse tasks, including financial and accounting data analysis, bank reconciliations, supplier invoice management, and personnel expense processing, while providing administrative support as needed. Your profileFor this vacancy, we are looking for candidates with a BS Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.Accounting, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, confidentiality, corporate finance, financial software - High knowledge of Excel (advanced), database queries, ERP, and other Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.Fluency in English is needed; French is an advantage.
